define racism, because you cant call someone a racist for making petty jokes for example, I define racism as the belief that one race is more superior in some way to another souly because of their ancestory or skin colour, which is not true, all people are equal no matter what 'race' they are.

now you got to remeber that just because someone makes a stupid joke or comment involving it doesnt mean they have hate in their heart, it doesnt mean they belief that every person of one race is bad or not equal, so sometimes you have to just swallow your pride, and laugh, because were ALL guilty of being politicaly incorrect these days.

so instead of hating because of a stupid comment or joke made, just laugh about it, if people would stop taking each other so seriously and giving hating back, im sure there would be alot less 'racism' in the world.

What holds back Americans for opportunity? Is it Genetics, Racism, or Culture? It is a given that all white people are racist, especially Christians, WIKIPEDIA LOL. So lets find out who else is racist.

Why is most sports dominated by minority athletes? Because of their abilities. They put forth the effort.

Why do Educational Standards get lowered or altered for minorities? This is racism. I do not believe it is because of Genetics. The ability is there. It is not because of White Racism.

It is because of Culture. Some minority cultures in America do not value education and other cultural values. This is the determining factor.

When a Race Merchants call a cut in federal funding for welfare funding Racist. That is Racist because it suggests only black people on on welfare.

Why can blacks say certain things and whites can not. Racism
Why can blacks make fun of there culture and other can not. Racism
Why can blacks say there culture is superior? Racism
I can go on. There is Racism in America. We should examine it.
We should have a conversation about race.
