How to Make Outline Text in Word

Text formatting options in a software interface.

Do you want to make your text look cool by using outline on it? These simple steps will show you how in Word.

Highlight the text you want to make into an outline.

Click on "Format" at the top of your screen.

Click on "Font..."

Look under the "Effects" section for the word "Outline" with a checkbox next to it.
